基础的后台管理页面，使用spring mvc+mybatis+shiro实现，session可以使用ehcache及redis存储（可横向无状态扩张），包括后台可控制的是否在登录时显示验证码，数据字典，用户管理、角色管理、权限管理（可配置到页面按钮级别，使用注解配置权限），定时任务等功能。
