Fixes for aic8800 (lpi3a) wifi sdio driver · Pull Request !2 · Bianbu Linux/linux-6.6

This is a fix for aic8800 SDIO driver from the LicheePI 3A board.

* Import lost sdhc/mmc1 DTS related settings from 6.1.x branch
* Disable <fmacfw_patch.bin>, there no such firmware (at least not in the public)
* Force the 5G flag presence (feature detection not working properly, need investigation)
* Disable CONFIG_SDIO_PWRCTRL feature (perhaps needs more careful re-checks with the DTS).

At this stage this works stable with any 2.4Ghz AP but fails to connect to a 5GHz one.
