TypeScript and TSX grammars for [tree-sitter][].

Because TSX and TypeScript are actually two different dialects, this module defines two grammars. Require them as follows:

```js
require('tree-sitter-typescript').typescript; // TypeScript grammar
require('tree-sitter-typescript').tsx; // TSX grammar
```
