Open Source Curriculum for CNCF Certification Courses

This is the latest version of the curriculum for the following CNCF exams:

* Certified Argo Project Associate (CAPA)
* Certified Backstage Associate (CBA)
* Certified Cloud Native Platform Engineering Associate (CNPA)
* Cilium Certified Associate (CCA)
* Istio Certified Associate (ICA)
* Kyverno Certified Associate (KCA)
* Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate (KCNA)
* Kubernetes and Cloud Native Security Associate (KCSA)
* OpenTelemetry Certified Associate (OTCA)
