Clone it from Github:

```
$ git clone https://gitee.com/demo_demo/myxiangce
```
Use `virtualenv` to create a virtual enviroment and activate it (Optional but Recommend).  
Then install packages:
```
$ pip install -r requirements/prod.txt
```
Create database and migration file:
```
$ cd fanxiangce
$ python manage.py db init
$ python manage.py db migrate
$ python manage.py db upgrade
```
Run it by Flask-Script's command `runserver`:
```
$ python manage.py runserver
```
Now Go to http://127.0.0.1:5000/
