Issue Description:
When using MiniExcel to export Excel files, the default mode for inserting images is "floating," which prevents images from being embedded directly into cells. Based on the feedback from Issue #IC9ISN , support needs to be added to embed images directly into Excel cells.

Solution:
Modified the implementation of the AddPicture method to enable direct embedding of images into cells instead of floating mode.
Added an option for cell-embedded mode to ensure that images are properly embedded into the specified cells in the exported Excel file.
Changes Made:
Updated the image insertion logic and introduced support for embedded mode.
Added test cases to verify the correctness of the new functionality.
Testing Status:
All 343 test cases have passed, ensuring that the new feature does not introduce any regressions.
