gtk-3.24.24.zip包已经用3.24.31版本文件替换，修正3.24.24版本bug。  
gtk-3.24.24.zip直接解压到目录$(LOCALAPPDATA)\Gtk\3.24.24即可，此方法不需要再配置电脑环境变量。
