- **`event.patch()`** — update a single event in place instead of replacing the whole list. Ideal when your API streams changes and you want the UI to stay snappy.
- **Smarter API-driven updates** — when your `events` array refreshes, Vue Cal merges by `id` and only re-renders what actually changed whenever it can.
