RabittMq basic  publish and consume test
I'd read Rabbit MQ,I think it is a very useful plugin,I start to study it,so I create this project,welcome to communicate with me.

My application running environment is visual studio 2012,RabbitMQ 3.8.14,Erlang 23.2,after that install-Package RabbitMQ.Client -Version 3.6.9.
