在银河麒麟桌面操作系统V10（SP1）上安装flutter报错

### Steps to reproduce

操作系统：银河麒麟桌面操作系统V10（SP1）
CPU：Phytium,D2000/8 E8C （ARM架构）
内存：16G
系统状态：未激活

操作步骤：
1、下载flutter库
git clone https://gitee.com/harmonycommando_flutter/flutter.git

2、配置环境
export PUB_HOSTED_URL="https://pub.flutter-io.cn"
export FLUTTER_STORAGE_BASE_URL="https://storage.flutter-io.cn"
export PATH="/home/dev/flutter/flutter/bin:$PATH"

3、进入下载目录运行flutter

cd flutter/bin
./flutter

4、然后报错如下：
