# MindSpore分类套件

#### Changes 


###### 2022/09/06

* loss factory 
1. Remove args param, use detailed loss-related params
2. Add BCE loss
3. add class weighted loss support, weighted BCE loss and weighted CE loss. 
4. change arg name `smooth_factor` to `label_smoothing`  
5. change loss type and param organization structure. 
6. add test code 

* optim factory 
1. adjust APIs, remove args
2. add adam, adamW, lamb, adagrad

* scheduler factory
1. reorganize code, remove args
2. support Step decay LR, exponential decay LR. 

* TODOs:
1. test loss computation correctness 
2. check adamW difference compared to pytorch
3. label smoothing support for BCE
4. label data type changed to float for using BCE loss
