## 测试

- 启动
- Eureka-server->Seata-server->order-server->storage-server-account-server

- 测试成功场景

调用接口: 订单接口

备注：
order (本地方法：保存订单)-> storage（远程方法：扣减库存）->account(远程方法：扣减账户余额)    
扣减账户余额出异常了，但是storage没回滚，扣减了库存。
order和account都回滚了（因为加了本地事务），但是storage没回滚，所以我断定全局事务没生效

期望效果：storage（扣减库存）应该回滚，total原来是10，出现异常回滚之后应该还是10
