proj是常见celey配置及使用
projq为proj的升级版，增加了指定队列的celery配置


#### 安装教程

#### 使用说明

1. celery -A proj.app worker -l info -P eventlet（不指定队列的celery启动） 
   proj为普通示例及clelry日志功能 
2. celery -A projq.app  worker -Q web_taks -l info -P eventlet（指定队列的celery启动）
   projq为指定队列的celery示例
3. celery beat -A projb.app(使用任务调度的beat，执行定时任务)
4. celery -A projb.app worker -l info -P eventlet(使用任务调度的worker，执行定时任务)
   projb为定时任务的celery示例
