本PR实现两种addtional_config的取用方式：
1. 在`MF_CTX_MAPPING`，`MF_PARALLEL_MAPPING`，`MF_MODEL_COMMON_MAPPING`中配置偏函数，通过路径取值。
2. `additional-config`里的`mindformer`层级中的配置如按照 mindformers 的 YAML 层级配置，可实现配置透传。
