INSTALLATION
  Download XML-Bare-latest.tar.gz and untar it:
    % tar -xzf XML-Bare-latest.tar.gz
    
  Follow the standard steps for making and compiling a perl module:
    % cd XML-Bare-X.XX ( X.XX = the latest version )
    % perl Makefile.PL
    % make
    % make test
    % make install
