aLid 1.01 - Software for Automatic Intrusion Detection and Filterting

== Installation ==

For install 'aLid' you need to enter in a directory where is present the file 'install'. 
$ cd /aLid

You should change execution rights
# chmod a+x install

Execute the file
# ./install

The installation is completed.

== Configuration ==

For configure aLids you must modify following files:

/etc/aLid/aLid.conf 	- General configuration file
/etc/aLid/email.conf	- Email's list for notifications

== Documentation ==

Documentation is available through man command for following scripts:

aLid, aLid.conf, sharedTail, arpCheck, arpProtect, eventProtect, statefulProtect,
synProtect, udpProtect, xmasProtect, finProtect, nullProtect.
