# Building Trust Through Dialog with Twilio Autopilot
This repo includes best practices for building bots that create trust through dialog using Twilio Autopilot and instructions on applying these best practices while building Autopilot bots. It also has sample code for Twilio Functions you can use to generate dynamic responses. 

To do this workshop, you'll need:

1. A Twilio account. Get one here - https://twilio.com/try-twilio
2. The Autopilot CLI. Install it from here - https://github.com/twilio/autopilot-cli

Everything else you need is in the PDF file.
