TEST of the full ICU data

## About

This module tests the [full-icu](https://npmjs.com/package/full-icu) package.

### Installation

`npm install full-icu-test`

### Use
`npm run test`

If the test passes, it will log `Congrats, you have the Intl object.` to the console.

If the test fails, it will log pertinent error messages.
