优化了视为技响应无懈的逻辑 · Pull Request !65 · notify/freekill-core

# 起因
- 因`lua\core\skill_type\cardskill.lua`里的`preEffect()`对是否因**能转化无懈的视为技**（后称无懈视为技）而询问无懈的判定里没有加`enabledAtResponse()`，导致相当一部分的无懈视为技在不满足视为条件时仍会出现无懈读条。
- 如果强行加上`enabledAtResponse()`的判断条件，会导致一部分对被响应的牌有要求的无懈视为技无法正常运作，例如十周年谋郭嘉的论势、星荀彧的承奉等。
# 解决方案
给视为技加一个新方法`enabledAtNullification()`，专门来判断无懈视为技对某个特定的被响应的牌是否有效。如此一来，则可以解决无懈读条的问题（见`cardskill.lua`的修改）。与此同时，对被响应的牌有要求的无懈视为技要做出相应修改，如十周年谋郭嘉的论势：
>  **论势** ：当你需要使用【无懈可击】抵消其他角色对除其外的角色使用的普通锦囊牌时，若你手牌中的红色和黑色牌数相等，你可以将一张手牌当不可被响应的【无懈可击】使用。
## 修改1：视为技里加上`enabled_at_nullification`

## 修改2：删去`fk.HandleAskForPlayCard`触发的内容
以下内容删去
