[mapleall] c2mpl driver implementation · Pull Request !837 · 方舟编译器/OpenArkCompiler

This PR provides implementation of c2mpl, clang, as (through gnu-as) --run options of maple driver. Use of new phases is similar to already existing:

```sh
maple --run=clang:c2mpl --infile test.c
```

will generate .mpl and .mplt from the input file. If a .s file is required as an output the command must be:

```sh
maple --run=clang:c2mpl:[mpl2mpl or me]:mplcg --infile ./test_dir/test.c --option=" : :[me or mpl2mpl options]:[mplcg options]"
```

**Note:**  the presence of me or mpl2mpl is obligatory in the sequence since mplcg is capable to take only .me.mpl and .VtableImpl.mpl as input. It should be noted, that full sequence of generating object file:

```sh
maple --run=clang:c2mpl:[mpl2mpl or me]:mplcg:as --infile test.c --option=" : :[me or mpl2mpl options]:[mplcg options]: "
```
this command will generate a.out in the directory you run maple driver from.

With changes provided, it is also possible to use automatic run type with much more simple command:
``` sh
maple example_dir/example.c
```
This will generate .s file similar to how it is done in the second example, although it is easy to change code to go through all phases and generate a.out.

**Note:** Although maple driver is capable of working with .cpp files Maple FE doesn't currently support C++, due to translation of C++ AST to Maple FEIR being much harder than C AST, so it is not recommended to use c2mpl driver for .cpp compilation.

If required, mplcg compiler may be fixed in the next patch/PR.
