[AutoBOLT] Support saving feedback count info to ELF segment 1/3 · Pull Request !128 · openEuler/gcc

Add flag -fauto-bolt for generating profile from AutoFDO or PGO
and do BOLT optimization after linkage.

Save the feedback count from PGO or AFDO to segment .text.fdo. ,
BOLT plugin will read and parse it into the profile required by
llvm-bolt toolchain.
