Can not reuse the build targets of remote OBS after creating an interconnection

发生结果:
After interconnecting to openEuler OBS from local OBS, can't reuse the build targets from remote openEuler OBS.

When I clicked 'add from a Distribution' link to select a distribution target from remote openEuler OBS for my new project, it got fail like that:

Then I checked the distribution configuration of openEuler OBS:

osc -A https://build.openeuler.org/ api /distributions > /tmp/euler_dist.conf

The result 'euler_dist.conf' is only one words:
    <distributions/>

This is different from openSUSE OBS where there is a full distribution configuration.

期望结果：

The OBS interconnect is helpful to build your own binary packages in a light weight local OBS instance. Please help to solve out this.

如何重现（尽量详细）:

1. install a local OBS with OBS appliance image;
2. access the local OBS webUI and login with Admin account;
3. interconnect your local OBS instance with remote openEuler OBS;
4. create a new project then try to configure the repositories with distribution targets from remote OBS instance;

It should reuse the targets supported by openEuler OBS.
