Es2abc supports scientific notation as the key for Object · Pull Request !1009 · OpenHarmony/arkcompiler_ets_frontend

**Previously unsupported situation** 
If the key of the object contains 'e' and 'E' and key is less than 1e21, arkcompiler cannot print the results normally.

**Current support situation** 
Unsupported scope ： [int32_t::max(), 1e21]
If the key of the object contains 'e' and 'E' and key is not within the Unsupported scope, arkcompiler can print the results normally.

Ets_runtime's maojunwei(00698876) supports this situation.

**Description** 
Es2abc supports scientific notation as the key for Object.

The Object stores floating-point data 2e3, which is recognized as 2e3 instead of 2000.
The original objectExpression stores numbers through string, but it does not convert 2e3 to 2000.

NumberLiteral class contains  **double::number_**  and  **StringView::str_** .

When objectExpression recognizes the key as an integer, it stores the number through double and converts it to a string.
When the objectExpression recognizes that the key is a non integer, it will directly convert it to a string.
