Add perf option for es2abc · Pull Request !1158 · OpenHarmony/arkcompiler_ets_frontend

**Description**
Add a perf option for es2abc. 
When compiled with `--perf-file`, es2abc can print time consumption in compilation process. 
- Usage:
```Shell
es2abc xx.js --perf-file        # with perf option, perf data will be generated to a default file named 'perf.txt'.
es2abc xx.js --perf-file xx.txt # with perf option and a perf file name, perf data will be generated to the specified file.
```
- The perf file is in the following format:

> Note: When compiling multiple files in parallel, we will track the time consumption of each file individually. The output will aggregate these times, potentially resulting in a total time consumption greater than the sum of individual file times.

> a.js: 2 ms
> b.js: 1 ms
> ... other events
> ------------- Compilation time consumption summed up: -------------------

The entire compilation process can be divided into different events. Each event is in format: `event: time(in millisecond)`. Mark '#' before event indicates event levels, each event has several sub-events, and the duration of an event is the sum of the durations of its sub-events. For example, event `total` has sub-events `#Compile` and `#EmitAbc`, thus time comsumption of `Total` is the sum of `#Compile` and `#EmitAbc`.

Noted that when compile multi files in paralle, sub-events will record each file's time comsumption, thus the summed up time maybe larger than the parent events time. For example, event `#Compile` has sub-events `##Progress input and cache`, `##Compile file` and `##Optimize program`, and `##Compile file` is run paralle, but time printed is a sum of each file, so the event `##Compile file` showed to be larger than that of `#Compile`.

When dealing with events involving multiple files, the time consumption of each file is printed in descending order.

**Performance And Sdk Test**
Performance testing was conducted and no significant performance degradation was observed.
