Question 1: Before calling the decorators of classMethod, the decorator function should be called first.

methodDec("classMethod1")
paramDec('start1')
paramDec('start1')
```

Question 2: In the method decorator conversion, Object.getOwnPropertyDescriptor(target, methodName) statement should not be created twice, but the result of the previous one should be passed to the later use.
