Refer to the link given above, this PR adds the override keyword and supports the following syntax:

```
class B {
    p1: number = 1
    foo (v: string) {}
}

class D extends B{
    override p1: number = 2
    override foo (v: string) {}
}
```
And the following syntax will report errors:

```
class B {
    override p1: number = 1
          // ^^ Error: This member cannot have an 'override' modifier because its containing class 'B' does not extend another class.
    foo (v: string) {}
}
```
