Title : Implement formatted AST-nodes creation.

Description: We need a way to produce an AST from a string representation in the middle of compilation process, such as within a lowering.

Previously it was implemented the possibility to parse ets-code 'on the fly' from dynamically created strings and use the obtained AST-nodes in the program AST.
Now we want to have the possibility to use inside such strings the special symbols defining placeholders where the specified AST-nodes should be inserted into the parsed AST-tree.
see, the possible example:

string s = "let tmp1 =%E0; let tmp2 = %E1; tmp1.tmp2 = (tmp1.tmp2 = %E2) as %T3"
parse_formatted_subtree(s, expr1, expr2, exp3, type_node);
the nodes expr1, expr2, exp3, type_node should be inserted into the parsed AST-tree at the positions defined by symbols %E, %T in the proper order.
