### PR Description
This PR is to fix the following issue(s):

- `[Bug]: [ArkTS] a super constructor with a default parameter fails in the subtype default constructor`

### Description
The current implementation based on so called `DefaultParamProxy` function, which is implicitly generated to wrap access to user-defined method/function with default parameters. While investigating it was found that maintaining such approach for (e.g.) constructors makes code more complicated and requires additional code flow (branch) to properly process such case.

Instead, it is suggested (by this PR) to wrap calls to the user-defined function over regular overloads, which are implicitly generated for each method/function declared with default parameters.

This approach allows to control the code in the single place and leave all generated methods (overloads) and their signatures processing for later phases of checker/analyzer etc, so the proper one is picked up without explicit checks if it is proxy function or not, and thus utilize same approach as for regular overload for method.

### Test scenarios
Added test scenario (`default_parameter8.ets`) for testing:
1. access to super class constructor with default parameter;
2. using private  class member as default parameter  initializer;

Regular test suites run:
- `ninja ets_tests` - passed;
- `ninja tests_full` - passed;
- `ninja code-style-check` - passed;
- `ninja clang-tidy-check`- passed;
- `ninja tests` - passed;
- test runner: cts-tests - passed;
- test-runner: ets-frontend - passed;
- test-runner: ets-runtime - passed;
