关于访问lexenv相关问题
#### 问题1
stlexvar 访问超出词法环境变量的边界
示例：

#### resolve 1
问题在stlexvar 0x0, 0x2的slotIndex 和level属性设置错误，词法变量的slotindex绑定在node的variable对象的Vreg属性。
根据规范箭头函数并没有argument对象，而在 (function (v4 = () => arguments) 中的arguments就是匿名函数的arguments对象，由于在子作用域中() => arguments 使用了arguments，就会将argumnets设置成词法变量。
arguments会绑定在匿名函数的参数作用域，查找逻辑为ArrowFunctionScope->ArrowFunctionParamScope->FunctionParamScope，接下来对arguments进行SetLexical操作设置成词法变量。

查找arguments的Scope是FunctionParamScope,在SetLexical中，会将Scope继续取父作用域，将arguments计算在了父作用域的插槽位置。
解决方法：如果在find过程中如果找到的Variable是在参数作用域，在setLexical中转换成当前函数的作用域。

#### 问题2
执行abc发生异常然后捕获，没有popenv，导致stlexvar 访问超出词法环境变量的边界

复现上述例子：使用C解释器执行运行命令

#### resolve 2

在` for (let v15 in v12)` 中获取v12的for-in迭代器，触发代理对象的`getOwnPropertyDescriptor(v13, v14)`方法，在getOwnPropertyDescriptor方法中，`test_func8` 抛出异常，执行catch(e),并没有执行poplexenv指令，接下来执行，访问词法变量会从当前环境中获取，而导致越界异常。
解决：将getpropiterator 添加一个trycatch捕获异常，然后移除当前词法环境

#### 问题3
lexlevel对应的levenv错误

示例：
```
(function (){
    let a = 1;
    function A (b = ((()=>{print(a)})())) {
        function B () {
            b;
        }
        B();
    }
    A();
})();
```
```
let a = 1

function A(b = class {static{console.log(a)}}) {
  function B() {
    b;
  }

执行 ./ask_js_vm ./test.abc
预期输出 1
实际输出 undefined

#### resolve 3
在计算lexlevel过程中没有考虑直接遍历函数参数作用域，而没有遍历函数作用域是否有词法环境的情况，如上示例1变量a的查找作用域顺序为：FunctionScope->FunctionParamScope->FunctionParamScope,函数A的FunctionParamScope对应的FunctionScope是存在词法环境，lexlevel没有+1。
解决：在find方法中，在计算lexlevel的时候增加判断函数参数作用域对应的函数作用域是否已经遍历
