Fix invalidation of es2abc's incremental compiling when only fileName being changed

### Intro

Since es2abc using the hash value of source code, so once the project has only some files' name being case-inversing changed, es2abc will currently skip re-compiling that file because of the unchanged hash value during incremental compiling.

However, In this scenario, es2abc do need to re-compile that file to update the record name/ohmUrl. Otherwise, runtime will fail to resolve the module during execution.

### How to fix
Since filesInfo.txt & modules.cache has been refreshed in ets-loader during project incremental building, so this issue can be fixed simply by calculating the hash of SourceCode + FilePath + RecordName + SourceMapKey + PkgName rather than only SourceCode in es2abc.
