[Arkguard] Fix inconsistent obfuscated name in namecache and final result for export obfuscation · Pull Request !2358 · OpenHarmony/arkcompiler_ets_frontend

**Description:** 
For now, with `-enable-export-obfuscation` option, the obfuscated name in namecache file (eg. BClass: u) is different from the actual obfuscated code (eg. Bclass -> t), which is not expected.

- Source code:
```typescript
export namespace module1 {
    export module module2 {
        export class BClass {
            propB: string = "hello";
            testfuncB() {};
        }
    }
}
```
- Obfuscated code:
```typescript
export namespace module1 {
    export module m {     // `module2` is obfuscated to `m`
        export class t {  // `BClass` is obfuscated to `t`
            i: string = "hello";
            j() { }
        }
    }
}
```

- nameCache.json:
```json
  "test.ts": {
    "IdentifierCache": {
      "module1#module2": "o",        // not the same as obfuscated name `m`
      "module1#module2#BClass": "u"  // not the same as obfuscated name `t`
    },
    "MemberMethodCache": {
      "testfuncB:24:24": "j"
    },
    "obfName": "test.ts"
  },
```
This is because in Scope Analyzing, the export symbol are added to its scope twice, and it generates two mangeld name for the actual symbol. In nameCache map, the second name replaces the first name, while in rename logic, it still use the first name. This PR fix the issue.
