Correct the source range of several ast nodes

Description: 
here are several ast nodes contain the incorrect source range, for example:

1. the endPos of the namespace declaration.
```
namespace NS {
    ....
}
^expected end pos

export declare interface InterfaceOutside {}
      ^actual end pos
```

2. the endPos of the interfaceProp
```
export interface innerInterface {

private interfaceProp1:number
                              ^expected end pos of interfaceProp1

interfaceProp2:number | string[]
                ^actual end pos of interfaceProp1
}
```

3. the endPos of the ETSParamExpr
```
export class ClassOutside {
    build( p3: number              ) {}
                     ^expected      ^actual
```

Reason: Correct the source range of several ast nodes
