### 需求背景/Description

Lowered async lambda functions cause a crash on emitter because generic types are not considered identical even though they are.

### 问题现象&&分析/Reason

Lambda lowering with async is faulty, after lowering the implementation and the main method parameters are the same, but if any of those parameters has a generic type the emitter thinks the parameters are not the same.

This fix solves the crash and implements a overall better solution to lambda async lowerings in the emitter.

The underlying issue of why the types are considered different when generics are used needs to be investigated further.
