1. Fix unexpected cte of constructor super

### **Issue**
[Bug]: Unexpected CTE when a call to `super` is not the first statement in constructor
https://gitee.com/openharmony/arkcompiler_ets_frontend/issues/ICSWQ4

### **Reason**
When processing statements within a constructor, the statements under 'if' and 'else' were not considered, and only the 'ifstatement' was evaluated, resulting in the inability to recognize the 'super' statement. And the existing code logic can only identify `super` as the first statement.

### **Description**
Not only does it fail to recognize the `super` statement under `if` and `else`, but the existing code logic can only identify `super` as the first statement, which does not comply with the specification.

### **Scheme**
Recursively identify the `super` statement under `if` and `else` conditions, and remove the check to see if the first statement in the constructor is a `super` statement.
