1. Fix the compilation issue of catch

### **Reason**
_Function usage error_

### **Description**
_Next code should not be compiled anymore, since catch requires identifier only:
`
class Fx extends Exception {}
function main(): int {
    let exc : Fx = new Fx();
    try {
        if (1 == 2) throw exc;
        return 0;
    } catch (f) {
        console.log("123"); 
        return 1;
    }
}
`_
