Fix: closure capture issue at for loop variables

### **Reason**
Closure variables declared in the initializer of C-style `for` loops were always boxed once outside the loop.  
This caused all closures to capture the same shared `IntBox`, leading to incorrect behavior (e.g., printing `3 3 3` instead of `0 1 2`).

### **Description**
Introduce a minimal fix by marking variables in the `for` initializer with the `PER_ITERATION` flag during scope initialization.  
In `boxingForLocals`, skip boxing for variables carrying this flag, so they remain plain values and can later be handled correctly by subsequent lowering passes.  
This change ensures closures created inside `for (let …)` loops capture the expected per-iteration values.
