Type Extractor: Fix some typeinfer test cases cannot passed on es2abc · Pull Request !912 · OpenHarmony/arkcompiler_ets_frontend

### Description
1. Wipe useless InstType for interface;
For example:
```
interface I {
    i : number
}

class A implements I {
    i : number = 0
    a : number = 123
    static a : string = "123"
}

let a : A = new A()
let i : I = a
console.log(a.a)
console.log(i.i)
```

We need to know `a` is a class instance for getting the instance field because the static field and the instance field may have the same name. The backend needs to know how to get the field type from the class typeinfo by name. Interface does not have this problem, its typeinfo only has a single field type list. So it's no unnecessary to create another instance type for interface.

2. Mark function type containing explict `this` by `ThisParams` node;

Move script function's (not class method) explict `this` param from `Params` node to `ThisParams` node, we should adapt to this.

3. Fix class accessor method wrongly marked non-static;
Previous class method's modifier is marked only static or not, but now we add accessor flag `setter or getter` into modifier, we should adapt to this.

4. Optimize function's literal buffer for type annotation.
If a function has no typeinfo binding to instruction and no function type created (not user defined), no need to create a empty literal buffer slot for it.
