【ylong_http_client】X509_VERIFY_PARAM_set1_host 越界读取问题修复 · Pull Request !47 · OpenHarmony/commonlibrary_rust_ylong_http

### 问题描述
C FFI 部分的 X509VerifyParamRef::set_host 是对 C-OpenSSL X509_VERIFY_PARAM_set1_host 的封装。
```
int X509_VERIFY_PARAM_set1_host(X509_VERIFY_PARAM *param, const char *name, size_t namelen);
```
C-OpenSSL 实现里， 参数 `namelen` 设置为0时，会调用 strlen 确定 `name` 长度。

> X509_VERIFY_PARAM_set1_host() sets the expected DNS hostname to name clearing any previously specified hostname. If name is NULL, or empty the list of hostnames is cleared, and name checks are not performed on the peer certificate. If name is NUL-terminated, namelen may be zero, otherwise namelen must be set to the length of name.

当 Rust 侧传给该函数一个空字符串时，OpenSSL 会尝试调用 strlen，读取任意内存，直到读到 NUL 字节。

### 问题修复
`namelen` 为0时，确保 `name` 参数为 NUL 结尾格式。
检查了 C FFI 模块的其他封装，确认无类似问题。
添加 ut 测试用例看护。
