### 描述/Description

In `@Builder` function body, we need to handle the inner non-`@Builder` function so that we don't need to wrap `ConditionScope` and `ConditionBranch` within the function.

For example, consider following developer code:

```ts
import { Component, Builder } from "@ohos.arkui.component"

@Builder
function TestComponent(
  init: TestInitCallback,
  update: TestUpdateCallback,
): void {}

type TestInitCallback = () => void;
type TestUpdateCallback = () => void;

@Component
struct MyStateSample {
  build() {
    TestComponent(
      () => {
        if (true) {

}
      },
      () => {
        if (false) {

}
      }
    );
  }
}
```

The if-else statement should not be wrapped with `ConditionScope` and `ConditionBranch`
