In drm_client_modeset_probe(), the return value of drm_mode_duplicate() is assigned to modeset->mode, which will lead to a possible NULL pointer dereference on failure of drm_mode_duplicate(). The way that chunk_size is initialized in padata_do_multithreaded(), chunk_size can be 0 when the min_chunk in the passed-in padata_mt_job structure is 0. Fix this divide-by-0 panic by making sure that chunk_size will be at least 1 no matter what the input parameters are. The current implementation does not decrement the refcount, which causes memory leak. This commit adds the missing phy_device_free() call to decrement the refcount via put_device() to balance the refcount.
