### Reason (Purpose, Solved Problem)

### Description
Added static checking of NAPI-related APIs, including the following three items
1. Check whether the callback function in the uv_queue_work uses napi_handle_scope to access JS value.
2. Check that the third parameter of the napi_get_arraybuffer_info cannot be released during the C++ lifetime.
3. Check the last parameter of napi_wrap must be null.

It is used to check for system memory leaks and enhance system stability.

### Test (Local test)
