[LLDB] Add the interpreter module during the the launch process · Pull Request !334 · OpenHarmony/third_party_llvm-project

### Reason (Purpose, Solved Problem)
Llvm15 lldb does not support debugging musl/linker.The purpose is to solve this problem.

### Description
Llvm15 lldb does not support debugging musl/linker. lldb cann't hit the function breakpoints in the musl or linker.
The reason for the problem is that the interpreter module was not loaded during the launch process

Solution
Load the interpreter module during the the launch process.

Loading the interpreter module during the the launch process resulted in the test_launch_notifications failed. The reason is that ld.so（interpreter module） was loaded prematurely. In already_loaded_modules,  ld.so was repeatedly loaded, causing test_launch_notifications to fail.

Modified test_launch_notifications
Like the main binary and dyld, setting conditions does not verify whether ld.so is loaded.
