[libunwind] Add lock for FrameHeaderCache · Pull Request !560 · OpenHarmony/third_party_llvm-project

### Reason (Purpose, Solved Problem)
We do the necessary synchronization in dl_iterate_phdr for unwinding callback to prevent problems with concurrent access lastly, however it's more safely and necessaryly to do the synchronization just in FrameHeaderCache itself.

### Description
Add lock for FrameHeaderCache when doing find、 add and reset

### Test (Local test)
1、original implement: unwind cache off by default, both dl_iterate_phdr callback and FrameHeaderCache has no lock
打开unwind缓存开关后，FrameHeaderCache缓存数据使用单链表，由于使用LRU策略且未加锁进行同步，会导致概率性死循环

2、currently implement: only dl_iterate_phdr callback has a lock
如果在回栈过程中收到signal，再次触发回栈，会导致死锁.需要缩小dl_iterate_phdr callback锁的范围

3、new implement in this PR: only FrameHeaderCache has lock， remove dl_iterate_phdr callback lock
FrameHeaderCache有锁，是线程安全的， dl_iterate_phdr callback不再需要锁保护
