[CodeGen] Support store frametype and jsfunc before prologue · Pull Request !568 · OpenHarmony/third_party_llvm-project

### Reason (Purpose, Solved Problem)

Currently, the frametype and jsfunc are stored in LLVM IR level, it is not a real prologue. Then the profiler will get wrong frame type and jsfunc from stack. Now, store the frame type and jsfunc before prologue. Then the frametype and jsfunc are correct when the frame pointer is updated.

### Description

Sink the store for frametype and jsfunc from arkcompiler to llvm backend.
1. frametype is recorded in the attribute of function. Just store it to stack.
2. jsfunc is passed in the arguments, the index is recorded in the attribute of function. Use it and the calling convention to find out the jsfunc and store it to stack.
