### Reason (Purpose, Solved Problem)

int pthread_atfork(void (*prepare)(void), void (*parent)(void), void (*child)(void))

- run prepare befork fork
- run parent after fork in main process
- run child after fork in child process

User can call pthread_atfork multiple times， 
Eg:
pthread_atfork(void (*prepare1)(void), void (*parent1)(void), void (*child1)(void))
pthread_atfork(void (*prepare2)(void), void (*parent2)(void), void (*child2)(void))

Run order：
[befork fork]:                 prepare2 -> prepare1
[after fork(child process)]:   child1 -> child2
[after fork(main process)]:    parent1 -> parent2

musl will run prepare2 first befork fork and run child1 first in child process

gwp_asan has these function to be run, So we need to run the gwpasan's prepare last before fork and run gwp_asan's child first after fork in child process, otherwise other handlers may call gwpasan malloc to cause a deadlock.

### Description

musl provides a new interface for gwp_asan to use, which can ensure that gwp_asan's prepare is executed last before fork and gwp_asan's child can be executed first after fork .
