Fix double close fd for lldb-server · Pull Request !635 · OpenHarmony/third_party_llvm-project

lldb-server would close the same fd twice before excute the binary executable file, which caused error.

Reason (Purpose, Solved Problem)
the code is edited to prevent double close.

Description
Original code includes a for loop that iterate through the proc/self/fd directory, and after iteration,
the proc/self/fd would be closed by default. While next the code tries to close all the fd one by one, includes
proc/self/fd, which caused the double close.

So the code is edited to check if the fd is linked to proc/pid_number/fd. So first we get the pid number of the procss, we use a function to check the path that the fd points to, compare it with "proc/pidnumber/fd", and if the path is the same as "proc/pidnumber/fd", we continue and not push the fd into the close line.
