[LLDB]Implement of lldb mixed ArkTS debugger · Pull Request !640 · OpenHarmony/third_party_llvm-project

### Reason (Purpose, Solved Problem)
Most application now are design by mixed language. To support mixed debug app in ohos which written by ArkTS and C++, for example when debugging C++ code, developers will want to know the backtrace of ArkTS to find out where call the native logic. So we design this feature.

### Description

Depending on the C debugging interface given by ArkTS, lldb insert the native debugging interface and run to get the debugging result, and then transfer the result to developers.

### Test (Local test)
When debugging an oh app and meet a breakpoint in C/C++ code, execute command 
```script -l python -- import lldb;a=lldb.SBMixedArkTSDebugger(lldb.target);er=lldb.SBError();a.GetBackTrace(er)```
to get the ArkTS backtrace.
