gstreamer官网的turtion写的比较空泛，甚至跑不起来，这个教程详细讲述了如何从零到一构建一个完整的gstreamer plugin。

版本基于v1.14.4开发。

亲测v1.14.5也可以使用。

v1.14.5是NVIDIA Deepstream使用的gstreamer版本。
