fix(build): no longer build the asan sub package · Pull Request !2 · src-openEuler/openresty

In the previous PR https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/openresty/pulls/1, we introduced the openresty. The CI showed that the openresty package was successfully built. But in fact, the building phrase was failed in OBS, with some errors on the dependencies, please see the logs below:

For the virtual memory limit is restrict by CI environment, and asan is only for development, so this PR is going to remove the asan sub package building.
