#### 介绍
开美技术的基础框架

#### 软件架构
软件架构说明
1、cn.kmsoft.common  基础包，包含了一些基本Util定义，包括异常定义、统一返回内容封装ResInfo以及Utils包下的各种函数库，如StringUtil、DateUtil、FileUtil等。
2、cn.kmsoft.wololo  基础包，包含了geojson、jts2geojson等。
3、cn.kmsoft.stgeometry  定义了landm下point、ring、block、land等类；以及基于geotools库封装的常用gis函数，包括txt解析、txt与shp的互转、geojson与shp的解析等。
